Responsible for managing and maintaining asset data in OA/SCM/HCM/FBI systems. This includes overseeing processes for asset issuance, return, alteration, transfer, allocation, and scrapping, ensuring accuracy and completeness of asset data.
2. Asset Circulation and Maintenance:
Assist in managing the circulation of assets, including notifying departments via email for the recycling and allocation of circulating assets. Responsible for asset maintenance management, including sending for repairs and tracking progress to ensure timely return to relevant business departments.
3. Lost/Repair Asset and Compensation Management:
Assist in managing incidents of asset loss by current employees, coordination with the supplier for the repair asset case, including deductions and compensation matters. Responsible for recording and reporting asset losses and executing related compensation processes.
4. Asset Issue Coordination and Internal Processing:
Acts as a liaison between various business departments and the asset management team to address asset-related issues. Coordinates and resolves asset problems, ensuring a quick and effective internal processing workflow.
5. Headquarters Asset Management:
Manages and maintains the assets of the management headquarters, including regular inventory and updating asset status.
Ensures compliance and efficient utilization of headquarters' assets.
