- Work on several digital transformation projects to achieve the highest efficiency in the HR department
- Answering all human resources queries posed by management and employees.
- Training and advising managers on strategies for recruitment, selection, and interview evaluation procedures.
- Assisting with the development of recruitment campaigns.
- Monitoring recruitment metrics such as retention rates and staff turnover.
- Take responsibility for the implementation of company policies such as developing the HR website, ensuring that all HR issues are dealt with within the timescales.
- Updating and maintaining the HR Information System data.
- Evaluating and updating job descriptions.
- Providing advice and assistance on policies, procedures, legislation, and enterprise agreements.
- Act as the point of contact for hiring managers, employees, and other HR team members.
- Assist with the roll-out of Culture Survey, collate and present results and assist with the development of develop local Action plans together with Line Managers and roll out company-wide initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Administration, or related field.
- At least 8-10 years of work experience in Human Resources.
- Good written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Highly self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, flexible, patient, and willing to learn with pleasant personality and good communications skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, compliance, and practices and experience in developing, executing, and maintaining HR projects and programs.
- Experience with web/online systems.Minimum Grade 3.0
