- Provide reports as assigned for daily and monthly billing.
- Answer all medical inquiries from invoices or coordinate with relevant parties for deep details of medical treatments.
- Review and correct any charging errors on invoices before submission for payment.
- Monitor individual performance for self-improvement and participate in different arrangement activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- At least 1 year of experience in nursing care
- Having experience with coordination and/or claim nurse and/or claim insurance.
- Possess Nursing Professional License (Class I)
- Nursing Skill, Medical Terminology and language usage skills
- Good computer skills e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point Presentation, Internet, Outlook etc.
