Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities
• Ensure that the business solution is successfully implemented by defining the right architecture and integrate the solution into the customer’s environment.
• Provide consultation on compliance practices and recommendations on the correct use of the solution.
• Coordinate and manage project implementation activity with customer project team.
• Understanding and interpreting business requirements and translating them for the implementations.
• Implementing and qualifying the integration products with customer’s applications
• Assisting our customers to deploy the solution on-premises or remotely.
• Advise customers to automate the process to improve efficiencies and streamline processes.
• Documenting the undertaken activities
• Provide the trainings to customers on the respective applications usage.
• Provide pre-sales support when needed.


Requirements:
Know how to install / configuration the Application
• Working knowledge in Application Support/ Consult
• Must be a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written skills in English is required
• IT related diploma holders with min 2 years working experience
• Be prepared to travel overseas and work independently
• Possess business analysis skills in financial payment and compliance related areas will be an added advantage
• Overnight on-site/Weekend on-site as required for project delivery (approximately 40%).
• Able to travel to Thailand Provinces as required for project delivery (approximately 5%).
• Able to travel abroad for Company’s Products training / conferences

Hard Skills :
• Bachelor's Degree in IT /Computer Science/ Computer Engineering is required
• Age between 25-35 years old
• Experience: 3 - 5 year(s)
• Basic IT Skill (For troubleshooting) is required
• Windows Server (2019,2022)
• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Teams)
• Database, MS-SQL, ORACLE
• Computer Networking
• OS Administrating (Windows Server, Linux, AIX)

Soft Skills :
• Good Personality

• Strong Problem-Solving skills
• Logical Thinking / Sequential Thinking
• Fluently Speaking both Thai and English

• Exposure to AML and cybersecurity would be an advantage.
• Experience related to any financial application would be an advantage, especially EastNet/Axway/Swift application.

• IBM AIX: IBM/AIX System Administrator
• Microsoft Windows: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (Exam AZ-800 and AZ-801), Microsoft Azure Administrator (Exam AZ-104)
• Red Hat Linux: Red Hat Certified System Administrator (EX200)
