Proactively seek new business opportunities in the assigned market/industry.
Conduct market/industry research and analysis.
Conduct feasibility study of new business opportunities including industry/ market research, financial models.
Identify potential business opportunities and develop business strategies with the aim to create new growth, deliver business synergy, and maximize financial benefits to the Group.
Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to drive business initiatives or special projects to achieve short and/or long term goals.
Monitor and evaluate performance of strategic initiatives and assist with plan revision process.
Prepare research, analysis, and presentation to support management decision-making.
Complete other jobs as assigned by management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Financial, Economics, ,Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience (3-5 years) working in Business Development field.
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and objectives.
