Job Detail:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as an Assistant Brand Manager for our Youth Platform. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our brand, particularly focusing on engaging with the vibrant and diverse youth market segment. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing strategies that resonate with this audience and drive brand affinity.
Accountability:
- Support the General Brand Manager (GBM) in developing a robust brand planning strategy, Annual Operational Plan (AOP), and strategic marketing plans based on thorough market analysis.
- Ensure flawless execution of brand activities according to the brand plan, AOP, and marketing activity plan.
- Lead and execute campaign communications, including determining the optimal media mix across offline and online channels. Collaborate with multiple agencies to achieve impactful and integrated launch plans.
- Develop high-quality and effective brand assets while adhering to Lay’s brand guidelines in coordination with the Global team.
- Analyze competitor activities and gather key consumer insights to strategically inform brand practices and maximize growth opportunities.
- Implement the brand plan methodically, prioritize key milestones and timelines, and consistently update brand performance while devising actionable strategies for enhancement.
- Work with data and support performance tracking for both business and consumer KPIs in collaboration with the trade and insights teams.
- Act as an owner to monitor and control Advertising & Marketing (A&M) spending with precision and efficiency to remain in alignment with the AOP.

- Collaborate with the brand team to develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the youth platform, ensuring alignment with overall brand goals.
- Drive initiatives that foster strong brand visibility, engagement, and loyalty among the youth segment.
- Leverage consumer insights and market trends to inform and enhance brand strategies.
1 Campaign Development and Execution:
- Contribute to the ideation, development, and execution of youth-focused marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand's value proposition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns across various channels, both traditional and digital.
1 Digital Marketing and Engagement:
- Deeply understand the digital landscape and trends that resonate with youth.
- Utilize digital platforms and social media to drive brand engagement and reach among the target audience.
- Develop and execute digital initiatives that reflect the brand's personality and connect authentically with the youth segment.
1 Innovation and Product Management:
- Support the launch of innovative products and campaigns targeted towards the youth platform.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that new offerings align with the preferences and needs of the youth audience.
1 Relationship Building and Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Foster positive relationships with internal teams and external partners to drive successful campaign execution and brand growth.
- Collaborate closely with sales, creative, and digital teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and cohesive campaigns.
