Key Responsibilities:
• Drive MICE sales for the hotel, targeting local and international markets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, PCOs, DMCs, and event planners
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and conduct site inspections for potential clients
• Collaborate with the events and operations team to ensure seamless event execution
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets through proactive sales strategies
• Participate in trade shows, sales missions, and industry networking events
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in the MICE segment
• Strong network within the corporate and events industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player
• Familiarity with sales systems such as Opera Sales & Catering or similar platforms
