Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute proactive marketing strategies for medical device and pharmaceutical product groups to increase brand awareness and sales.
2. Analyze market trends, industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities and growth channels.
3. Manage and oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns, both online and offline, including events, trade shows, academic conferences, and digital communication channels.
4. Work closely with sales and product teams to create and provide necessary marketing tools such as sales collateral, promotional materials, and marketing content.
5. Manage marketing budgets and regularly evaluate the Return on Investment (ROI) of various marketing activities.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), medical professionals, and business partners.
7. Supervise and develop the marketing team to ensure efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
