SMT Technician

• Operate, set up, and maintain SMT machines such as screen printers, reflow ovens.
• Perform daily machine checks, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs to ensure smooth operation.
• Troubleshoot and solve machine issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of SMT processes according to company standards and customer requirements.
• Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance machine efficiency and reduce defects.
• Record and report machine performance data, downtime, and maintenance activities.
• Support engineers in testing and process validation activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and 5S workplace organization

Qualifications:

• Vocational Certificate or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in SMT machine operation or maintenance
• Basic knowledge of electronics and SMT components.
• Able to read machine manuals, work instructions, and interpret technical diagrams.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Willing to work in shifts
