You will handle inquiries about StashAway’s product offerings and provide financial advice tailored to clients' needs across multiple channels, including LINE, phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. By aligning our services with clients' financial objectives, you will identify growth opportunities that contribute to both client success and StashAway’s AUM growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients across multiple platforms—including LINE, phone, email, and social media—addressing investment and product-related inquiries with timely, accurate responses to ensure a positive client experience.
- Provide financial guidance through structured fact-finding to understand and align with clients’ financial goals and needs.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by delivering exceptional service and personalised support.
- Support client acquisition efforts by assisting the advisory team in leveraging opportunities from events, financial reviews, and proactive outreach.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organisation, providing insights to enhance products, services, and overall client experience.
Projects You Might Work On
- Contribute to strategic call initiatives by engaging targeted client segments with personalised outreach designed to strengthen relationships and capture growth opportunities.
- Organise and support High Net Worth (HNW) client initiatives such as exclusive events, webinars, seminars, and live sessions on social media to deepen engagement and drive AUM growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to shape investment communication for mass clients, ensuring content aligns with client needs and market opportunities.

- Deliver a consistently high standard of client advisory and support that strengthens trust and satisfaction, while ensuring clients’ financial needs are effectively met.
