Purchasing Manager

Responsibility

• Manage the overview of the procurement process and assign tasks to the key responsible staff.
• Review purchase order issued by the team and approved once it is finalized.
• Coordinate with the purchasing team to monitor and plan the inventory in order to process without disruption. Ensuring that all purchasing processes are in place to meet the operational needs.
• Plan the necessary training for team members within the department and provide the knowledge transfer process.
• Record and file all documents related.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field.
• At least 1-year experience in the procurement or medical industry will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with the medical quality and safety system (ISO13485)
• Good communication skills and being able to work as a team
