Purchasing Manager

- Manage the overview of the procurement process and assign tasks to the key responsible staff.
- Review purchase order issued by the team and approved once it is finalized.
- Coordinate with the purchasing team to monitor and plan the inventory in order to process without disruption. Ensuring that all purchasing processes are in place to meet the operational needs.
- Plan the necessary training for team members within the department and provide the knowledge transfer process.
- Record and file all documents related.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field.
- At least 1-year experience in the procurement or medical industry will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with the medical quality and safety system (ISO13485)
- Good communication skills and being able to work as a team
