
- Provide the technical support to end users and ensure the smooth running of computer and printers
- Troubleshoot and resolve end user application issues, maintain and update technical support the documentation
- Support IT operation
- Update status and report by peridicak (weekly, monthly, yearly)
- Other assignment that relate the job improvement
- Manage backup system and coordinate with vendor.
