Internship Duration: 3 - 6 months
Responsibilities:
Support Employer Branding Content Creation
- Assist in brainstorming, filming, and editing video content for TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
- Contribute ideas for campaigns and activities to attract top talent to the company
Assist with Recruitment Events & Job Fairs
- Participate in and help organize Job Fairs, Campus Recruitment events, and other hiring activities
- Coordinate with HR teams and universities regarding recruitment-related activities
Support Recruitment & Administrative Tasks
- Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment processes
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related fields
- Passionate about Employer Branding, PR Marketing, and Talent Acquisition
- Strong in video editing and graphic design (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Photoshop)
- Active on social media and understands TikTok and Facebook trends
- Eager to learn, good interpersonal skills, and a strong team player
- 5-day work week
- Flexible working hours
