Assistant Product Development

• Co-create ideas about new and innovative products as researching new trends for supplement, beauty and health
• Developing new supplement and healthy products as conducting an experiment.
• Lead a growing team of formulator in developing supplement products.
• Formula raw material and develop new product and manage initial production.
• Responsible for meeting innovation timelines and working cross-functionally with sales and marketing team to meet company expectations.
• Generate, maintain and review product development documents, batch records and other related documents.
• Stay current with recent development, innovations and technologies that may improve products and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with Operations and Production to ensure successful manufacturing of developed products.
• Others ad-hoc such as supporting another team and meeting with suppliers

• Bachelor Degree in Nutrition/ Food science/Chemical science/ Anti-Aging
• Minimum 5 years experiences of Health – Beauty products development, supplement products would be advantage
• Can communicate in English language as well
• Knowledge in lab equipment for producing
• Logical thinking, Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving, Patience, Adaptability, Accuracy
