ทำงาน จันทร์ - เสาร์ ( ทุกเสาร์ )
เวลา 8.00 - 17.00
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- ออกใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบกำกับภาษี ตลอดจนเอกสารรับชำ ระหนี้ และใบเสร็จรับเงินให้กับลูกค้า
- ติดตามการชำระหนี้จากลูกค้าตามกำหนดเครดิต
- กระทบยอดลูกหนี้ (Reconcile AR) และจัดทำรายงานลูกหนี้ประจำเดือน
- จัดทำรายงานอายุลกหนี้ (Aging Report) เพื่อติดตามหนี้ค้างชำระ
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายการขาย/ลูกค้า เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับยอดค้างชำระ
- จัดเก็บเอกสารด้านบัญชีลูกหนีให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วนตามมาตรฐาน
- บันทึกบัญชีลกหนี้การค้า บันทึกรายการรับเงินในระบบบัญซ์ให้ถูกต้องและครบถ้วน ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ตรวจสอบและกระทบยอดบัญชีเงินฝากธนาคารตามกำหนดเวลา
-จัดทำรายงานการรับเงินประจำวัน/ประจำเดือน เพื่อส่งให้ผู้บริหาร
- จัดเก็บเอกสารด้านการเงินและบัญชีรับอย่างเป็นระบบ
- ชาย หรือ หญิง อายุ 23-30 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวช , ปวส หรือปริญญาตรีทางด้านการบัญชี
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร จัดการ ในการประสานงานกับทั้งภายในและภายนอก เพื่อให้ได้ตามเป้าหมาย
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ กระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน และมีความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่
- เปิดใจเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ ๆ และพัฒนาตัวเององอยู่ตอดเวลา
- มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม และทำงานร่วมกับพนักงานต่างด้าวได้
- มีทักษะการใช้โปรแกรม Excel ในระดับสูง เช่น Pivot Table, Vlookup, Sumifs, และการสร้างรายงานอัตโนมัติ
- ทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
- หากมีประสบการณ์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ตรวจสุขภาพประจำปี
