- ดูแลกระบวนการสรรหาตั้งแต่ต้นจนจบ(ค้นหา/Screen/Interview/Test)
- ดูแลช่องทางการสรรหาเพื่อให้ได้ผู้สมัครที่เหมาะสมกับตำแหน่งงานที่เปิดรับ
- ติดต่อประสานงานทั้งภายในและภายนอก เกี่ยวกับผู้สมัครงานและรายละเอียดตำแหน่งที่ประกาศรับสมัคร รวมถึงจัดการตารางนัดหมายการสัมภาษณ์
- จัดทำรายงานการสรรหา (รายสัปดาห์/รายเดือน)
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน
1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ
2. อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
3. จบวุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
4. มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานสรรหาบุคคลอย่างน้อย 6 เดือนขึ้นไป
5. มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร ติดต่อประสานงานและสามารถแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
6. มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรอง และทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
7. มีทักษะในการใช้โปรแกรม MS.Office ได้ดี
