About the Role:As a UX Designer at Woxa Corporation, you'll be at the forefront of crafting exceptional digital experiences for our users. Collaborating with a cross-functional team, you'll design intuitive, user-centric interfaces that meet and exceed our users' expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Data-Driven Design: Leverage data to create compelling visualizations that uncover insights into user behavior. Use these insights to inform design decisions and drive product improvements.
- User-Centered Research: Conduct thorough user research to understand user needs, pain points, and motivations. Employ a variety of research methods, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, creating detailed documentation that outlines features, functionalities, and constraints.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Design intuitive user interfaces using wireframes and interactive prototypes. Effectively communicate design concepts to development teams.
- Data Reporting: Produce clear and concise data reports in English, presenting findings from user research and usability testing to key stakeholders.
- Usability Testing: Conduct user testing to evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure seamless product development.
