The Role
We're seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own and execute our digital strategy from the ground up. You’ll be the voice of our brand, building campaigns that attract golf players, drive user acquisition, and increase platform engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Develop & own the digital marketing strategy across channels (email, social, SEO, paid, content, etc.)
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns to drive traffic, signups, and subscriptions
- Create and manage engaging content tailored to golf coaches, players, and the broader golf community
- Manage social media presence across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Optimise SEO/SEM strategies and website performance for inbound marketing
- Analyse and report on key KPIs, using insights to continuously improve campaigns
- Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to align marketing efforts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing tools
- Design and build responsive website pages and electronic direct mail (eDM) campaigns, ensuring functionality, visual appeal, and alignment with brand guidelines
