Assistant Planning Manager

- Develop integrated raw materials and production plans aligned with sales forecasts, capacity, and business objectives.

- Oversee raw materials planning to ensure timely and sufficient supply for production.

- Ensure production schedules are achievable considering manpower, machine capacity, and material availability.

- Drive cost-reduction initiatives related to inventory carrying cost, material utilization, and production planning efficiency.

- Work closely with procurement, warehouse, production, logistics, and quality departments to ensure seamless operations.

- Oversee MRP runs, material master accuracy, BOM updates, and planning parameters in the ERP system.

- Use analytics and system reports to drive better decision-making and forecasting accuracy.

- Implement lean planning tools and methods to educe waste, improve flow, and enhance operational efficiency.

- Establish planning standards, SOPs, and best practices across planning functions.

- Male and Female

- Age between 35-50 years old.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience 5-10 years in Production Planning, materials planning, or Supply Chain Management.

- Proven experience using ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics.)

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Forecasting accuracy and planning reliability.

- Proficient in English (both written and verbal) : able to communicate technical and operational information clearly across department.

- Experience working in a manufacturing environment (FMCG, food production, electronics, industrial goods, etc.)
