Inside Sales Coordinator
Senko Advanced Components (Thailand) Co., Ltd.- Prepare quotations by verifying import tax, transportation, warehouse, and inventory costs.
- Update quotations based on customer agreements, exchange rates, copper/material prices, and market trends.
- Follow up on project status with customers and update tracking sheets; coordinate with outside sales for quotation decisions.
- Gather customer insights to support sales and marketing strategies.]
- Analyze monthly sales data (buying/selling price, profit/loss) for accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal departments to respond to customer inquiries.
- Provide administrative support to supervisors/managers including data entry, document preparation, complaint handling, and report generation.
- Age between 25–40 years, any gender.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the automotive or trading industry.
- High conversational English proficiency (TOEIC ≥ 750).
- Strong communication and structured thinking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table).
- Detail-oriented, multitasker, self-motivated, and disciplined.
- Preferred: Experience working in a Japanese company.
