- Gathering and good understanding of collection project requirements of users and management. Work with PMO and cross-functional teams for timeline planning and requirement prioritization and monitor key deliverables
- System development management support by test preparation, user acceptance testing (UAT), production verification testing (PVT), training and go live readiness checking to ensure quality of solution delivery
- Learning new technologies for implementation to improve work efficiency and reduce operational processes which are related to collection systems
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, IT, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as business analyst, system analyst, application development, business process transformation or project management.
- Excellent planning, systematic and conceptual thinking, time management, problem-solving, risk management, negotiating, coordinating, and initiating skills.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking with a proven ability to quickly understand complex businesses and systems and provide a suited solution.
