• Get requirements from the customer
• Translating client requirements into highly specified project brief
• Control application development to SDLC and project responsibility
• Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow
• Provide guidance and consultation to customer
• Create Document to support the project (Functional specification, High-Level Design specification, Detail Design specification, Operation workflow, and User Manual)
• Assist in managing an outsourcing relationship for 3rd party application development and programming consultants
• Create and manage the assigned planning timeline
• Confirm application after development as per specification
• Supporting users on troubleshooting, system updates or change control to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant field
• At least 2-5 years’ experience
• Programming knowledge, C#.NET or VB.NET or PHP, HTML, HTML 5, JavaScript, JSON, Ajax, jQuery
• Database knowledge, MSSQL, MySQL and NoSQL
• Strong in user requirements gather, analysis and application design by creating specification documents
• Able to handle multiple tasks at once and works well under pressure
• Ability to collaborate within a team
