Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and creative Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of brand strategies that strengthen brand awareness, positioning, and customer loyalty across B2B and B2C channels. The role will collaborate closely with product, sales, and digital teams to deliver consistent branding across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy & Development
- Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with company goals.
- Define and maintain brand identity, positioning, and messaging.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis to identify brand opportunities.
2. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Lead the development of 360-degree branding campaigns (offline and online).
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for design, production, and media planning.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
3. Product Branding
- Work closely with the product team to ensure consistent product messaging and branding on all materials (packaging, manuals, catalogs).
- Support product launch strategies with branding alignment.
4. Digital Presence & Content Management
- Supervise brand content on website, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
- Oversee the creation of visual and written content in line with brand guidelines.
- Drive customer engagement through storytelling and visual identity.
5. Brand Performance Monitoring
- Analyze brand health metrics (brand awareness, customer perception, digital engagement, etc.).
- Prepare branding performance reports for management.
- Conduct customer and stakeholder feedback analysis.
