ติดตามพร้อมแจ้งผลการดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาและบริการให้ลูกค้าทราบ
สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษทั้ง พูด อ่าน เขียน กับลูกค้าต่างชาติ ผ่านช่องทางต่างๆ ของธนาคาร
