Responsibilities 职责
• Greet and register guests 迎接并为客人办理入住手续
• Inspect the grounds, public areas and guest rooms for appearance and cleanliness监管现场，公区和客房的外观及清洁情况
• Ensure company standards for housekeeping, decor and guest services are met 确保符合公司的客房清洁、装饰和客户服务标准
• Answer guest questions about hotel services and policies 回答客人关于酒店服务和政策的问题
• Monitor staff performance, ensuring the hotel is running well and guests are happy 监督员工的表现，确保酒店运营顺利，客人满意
• Coordinate front-office and back-office activities and resolve any problems 协调前台和后台的工作活动，并解决任何问题
• support other jobs assigned by supervisor
Qualifications and requirements:要求
• Bachelor degree in related field 相关专业的学士学位
• Thai nationality泰国籍
• Knowledge of all hotel operating procedures具备所有酒店管理的基本知识
• New graduate is welcome相欢迎关专业的应届毕业生报名
• Experiencing in related work is a plus有相关工作经验者优先
• Active in work, with good logical thinking ability, communication and coordination ability and execution ability, and strong sense of responsibility. 工作积极主动，具有良好的逻辑思维能力，沟通协调能力和执行能力，并具备强烈的责任感
• Good command of Chinese中文流利
• Good command of English is a plus中，英文均流利者优先
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work 善于时间管理并具备优先处理工作的能力
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills 注重细节和解决问题的能力
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment 能够在快节奏、高压力的环境中工作
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills 出色的客户服务和人际交往能力
