Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Acquisition

Identify and approach new clients to promote our recruitment services
Build long-term relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs
Pitch solutions, deliver proposals, and close business deals
Negotiate service terms and maintain strong client satisfaction
Meet and exceed sales and growth targets

Market & Strategy

Research industries and market trends to identify business opportunities
Analyze competitor activities and differentiate our offerings
Work with the marketing team on client acquisition strategies
Gather client feedback to help improve service delivery

Internal Collaboration

Partner closely with recruiters to ensure seamless delivery of client requirements
Provide recruiters with clear job briefs and background information
Act as the point of contact between clients and internal teams throughout the process

1+ year in sales, business development, account management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Resilient, positive, and performance-driven mindset

Strong time management and organizational skills
Good command of English
