We are looking for a dynamic Sales Professional to join our logistics
This role focuses on expanding our Air & Sea Freight business across Thailand and international markets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the logistics business both locally and globally.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities in Freight Forwarding, Warehousing, and Supply Chain.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Deliver customized logistics solutions including Air & Sea Freight, Cross-border Logistics, and Project Cargo.
• Achieve aggressive sales targets (Hunter 100%) and analyze market trends to refine sales strategies.
• Negotiate competitive pricing and service terms with transport providers.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams to explore business development opportunities.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
• At least 8-10 years of experience in the logistics industry, with a strong focus on Freight Forwarding (Air & Sea).
• Proven track record in Hunting & Business Development, with ability to secure high-value clients.
• Experience with clients in Automotive, FMCG, Beverage, and other key sectors.
• Strong knowledge in Bidding, Quotation Analysis, and Pricing Strategy.
• Excellent negotiation, strategic planning, and project management skills.
• In-depth understanding of customs regulations and international trade compliance.
• Strong proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading).
• Additional languages such as Japanese, Chinese, or Korean are advantageous.
