Responsibilities

Planning and Policy Development : Develop policies and preventive maintenance plans for all equipment and machinery within the organization.
Team Management: Manage and oversee the maintenance team, including training and developing team members' skills.
Inspection and Maintenance: Coordinate and supervise the inspection and maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure efficient operation.
Budget Management: Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, controlling expenses according to the plan.
Stock Management: Manage the stock of spare parts and maintenance materials to ensure they are available when needed.
Problem Solving: Identify and analyze problems that arise in the production process and find solutions to prevent recurrence.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure operations comply with safety standards and environmental regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in maintenance or engineering maintenance, with managerial experience.
Ability to manage teams and coordinate with internal departments.
Knowledge of machinery, production equipment, and maintenance systems.
Ability to analyze problems and find effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills, both within the team and with other departments.
