• Coordinate equipment logistics operations and service support personnel
• Interface with subcontractors to ensure that manufacturing (eg. torque up, pressure testing, threading, machining etc.) activities are met.
• Provide input into operational procedures.
• Managing the SKL facility execution activities required to support the project schedule, identifying the critical path issues and developing mitigation actions to ensure on-time delivery.
• Development of effective working relationships with Customer representatives)
• Consolidate and provide manning and rental equipment forecasts
• Provide utilization reports for rental equipment and personnel
• Provide maintenance reports and spares usage of rental equipment
• Manage operational spares usage & initiate reordering where applicable (Min/Max Levels)
• Provide reporting information for both internal and external use (customer specific reports) on a weekly / monthly basis.
• Participate in internal or external project review meetings
• Ensure Health, Safety, Security & Environmental procedures are adhered to
