About the role
Join NGK CERAMICS (THAILAND) CO., LTD. as an Operation Supervisor in our Samut Prakan location. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards throughout our manufacturing processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in upholding our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
What you'll be doing
The company launch the new product. You are our pioneer group.
• Organizing and directing a responsive, flexible manufacturing operation to maximize throughput.
• Ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Utilize machining best practices to quickly assess and resolve complex problems.
• Lead the team to achieve department production goals consistently with the cost, quality, and delivery requirements.
• Establish quality control standards throughout the manufacturing process by developing/revising standard operating procedures.
• Review/coordinate production activities with product development and quality control ensuring new products developed in a state of control.
• Analyze production remakes and customer complaints to determine the cause of non-conformance and appropriate corrective actions.
• Confer with customers to evaluate and promote improved and expanded manufacturing capabilities and services.
• Manage expenditures to achieve budgeted targets, ensuring efficient production, minimal waste and equipment maintenance.
• Accountable for quality of products, subordinates’ behavior, and production performance across a muti-shift facility
What we're looking for
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in CNC manufacturing environment, preferably in the manufacturing and not less than 3 years in supervisory role.
• Ready to respond during non-working hours and holidays.
• Comprehensive knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of blueprint reading GD&T Extensive knowledge of CNC programming.
• Require knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and 45001.
