Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

Manage and monitor full set of accounts, including GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliation, and fixed assets.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements and reports.
Ensure accurate and timely tax filing (PND 1, 3, 53, PP30, etc.) and withholding tax processes.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit periods and resolve any audit issues.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Review and verify journal entries, payment vouchers, and expense claims.
Monitor project cost allocation and ensure alignment with accounting standards.
Assist in the improvement and automation of financial systems and processes
Supervise and train junior accounting staff.

Requirements

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in accounting; experience in construction or MEP industry is preferred.
Solid knowledge of Thai tax laws and TFRS.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Express, SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
Good command of English (spoken and written) is a plus.
