Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Strategy Consultant to serve as the initial point of contact for all new clients. In this critical role, you will be responsible for not only identifying and fulfilling client needs for market research but also for proactively identifying opportunities to introduce our broader range of consulting and digital marketing services.
You will be the primary liaison, leading the project from initial requirement gathering and proposal development through to closing the deal and ensuring a smooth handoff to the support team.

  • Client Engagement & Needs Assessment: Initiate contact with new clients to understand their business challenges and requirements. You will lead discovery meetings to document their needs and identify potential opportunities for our full suite of services, including market research, monthly marketing consulting, social media management, SEM, and website development.
  • Tailored Proposals & Framework Development: Adapt our corporate profile to align with the client’s industry and goals. Based on client requirements, you will collaborate with internal teams, such as online marketing and management, to create a comprehensive framework outlining the project scope, timeline, and deliverables for each service offering.
  • Full-Cycle Project Management & Delivery: Manage the entire project from initial contact to final delivery. This includes preparing compelling presentation decks for proposals and synthesizing complex research data into high-quality, actionable reports for clients.
  • Client Conversion & Handoff: Effectively communicate the value of our services to persuade prospective clients to close the deal. Once the project is secured, you will seamlessly hand off the client's requirements to the customer support team for execution.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs on time and with high quality.
  • Research & Data Synthesis: Conduct thorough desk research and analyze online data to create high-quality reports that synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights for clients.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on account performance, project progress, and client satisfaction. Analyze data to uncover trends and insights to develop effective strategies for client accounts.

Requirements
  • Work Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of direct experience in an Account Executive or similar role, preferably within a digital marketing, consulting, or agency environment.
  • Client Understanding: Ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Presentation & Proposal Skills: Proven ability to independently create comprehensive decks, corporate profiles, and proposals. Must be skilled at presenting and summarizing project outcomes to clients.
  • Analytical & Language Skills: Excellent command of the English language (both reading and writing). The role requires the ability to read and understand complex reports from international sources and synthesize them into clear, actionable reports for clients.
  • Work Style: A highly effective multitasker who can manage projects independently from start to finish. This includes everything from initial client contact and requirement gathering to project execution and final delivery.
  • Strategic Thinking: The ability to analyze a client's business challenges and propose the most suitable solutions, whether it's through market research or our other service offerings.
  • Business Acumen: Broad understanding of business landscapes and industry trends to ensure proposed solutions are relevant and effective.
  • Time Management: Highly disciplined and responsible in managing multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiar with common software for creating presentations and reports, such as GenAI, Canva, Google Sheet. This includes proactively
