Develop test strategies and plans for IT projects.
Manage test analysts to develop and execute test scenarios and test scripts for IT projects.
Manage risks and issues associated with the testing process and escalate where necessary.
Own and manage IT testing tools and process.
Work closely with Tester, Business Analysts, Enterprise and Solution Architects and Project Managers as well as external partners to align test activities to other project deliverables and timelines.
Report regularly on progress to relevant governance forums and bodies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT or any related field.
Good communication skills both Thai and English.
At least 5 years of experience managing IT Test teams.
Experience with HR or ERP system testing would be advantage.
Exposure to ITIL, CoBit, PRINCE2 frameworks or any similar would be advantage.
