Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Build and develop the company’s financial system, processes, and policies to ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
Provide financial support for business operations, mitigate operational risks, and ensure healthy cash flow management. Participate in the review and signing of economic contracts and agreements and supervise their execution.
Organize and oversee cost management, including estimation, control, accounting, and analysis.
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports; conduct regular financial and cash flow analysis to support management decision-making. Lead the preparation and implementation of budgets and monitor actual performance against targets.
Manage the company’s tax affairs, annual audits, statutory inspections, and related compliance matters.
Ensure timely filing and payment of all taxes and proper invoice/tax documentation management.
Review and approve company expenses, payments, and fund plans.
Prepare and submit reports and data required by shareholders.
Oversee daily operations of the finance department, including team management and development.
Coordinate and maintain communication with government authorities, auditors, and financial institutions.
Support the General Manager in developing corporate strategies and financial planning.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPD or CPA preferred.
Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or Finance Manager, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements in Thailand.
Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control.
Ability to manage and lead a finance team effectively.
Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
