Japanese Interpreter (Production Line)
Department coverage:
Production-related areas on the shop floor or manufacturing environment
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret real-time conversations between Japanese supervisors/engineers and Thai operators or technicians on the production floor
Assist in problem-solving discussions, Kaizen activities, or quality control meetings
Ensure accurate communication during production planning or troubleshooting

Support Japanese staff in day-to-day communication within the office environment
May assist in scheduling, coordinating activities, or handling administrative support for Japanese expatriates
Candidate Qualifications:
Gender: No preference
Age: 25-40 years old
Bachelor's degree in any field
At least 3 years of experience working as an interpreter in a company
JLPT N1 or N2 certification
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn new things
