• Responsible for developing production plans and issuing production orders.
• Responsible for supervising daily production to ensure maximum utilization of equipment.
• Responsible for supervising the hygiene and production environment of the department.
• Responsible for daily checking the maintenance of production facilities and equipment.
• Responsible for reviewing batch production records to ensure that the batch yield is within the desired range.
• Responsible for investigating all deviations that occur in the production process and ensuring the implementation of the rectification plan.
• Review and timely update the department's SOP and management documents to ensure that employees daily operation comply with SOP and management requirements.
• Develop an annual training plan to ensure its implementation and conduct effective evaluations.
• Responsible for reviewing production related validation protocols and reports, and supporting relevant validation activities.
• Lead department employees to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Responsible for the annual evaluation of employees performance.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the factory GM.
