- Plan, control, and coordinate project activities to ensure all tasks are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards.
- Supervise and support project operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and timeline requirements
- Coordinate between internal departments and external stakeholders—including clients, suppliers, and field teams—to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track.
- Prepare technical documents, reports, schedules, and project-related records as required.
- Ensure all engineering work aligns with project specifications, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical guidance to the team and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of project planning, project coordination, and work development processes.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members at all levels.
- Able to liaise with production, engineering, maintenance, and safety departments to ensure projects meet technical standards and customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate work both internally and externally.
- Ability to monitor and supervise on-site operations to ensure safety, quality, and timely project delivery.
- Possession of a Professional Engineering License (ใบ กว.) is required.
