What You'll Do
• Support and assist with the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development, and HR administration.
• Partner with the HR Manager to provide HR guidance and support to achieve business objectives.
• Assist in ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with company values and employment standards.
• Assist in managing and resolving employee issues or conflicts with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Support initiatives to promote a positive work environment and employee engagement through various HR programs and initiatives.
• Support in overseeing internal communication and maintaining a strong employer brand.
• Prepare HR reports to support management decision-making.
• Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks and employee inquiries.
What We're Looking For
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR management or senior HR roles.
• Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and people management skills with a collaborative, hands-on approach.
• High level of integrity and professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while supporting senior HR management.
