Job Scope
We are growing our Personal Care Ingredients business in Thailand and are looking for highly motivated and experienced Sales Representatives to drive growth at Key Accounts and develop sales strategies for key suppliers. We are seeking a driven and results-oriented B2B Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on selling high-quality ingredients to customers in the personal care industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, an understanding of the personal care product development process, and a passion for building and maintaining relationships with key customers. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the personal care sector.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the personal care sector.
  • Develop strategies to target new clients and close sales to meet targets.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide tailored ingredient solutions.
  • Offer expert advice on product selection and address customer concerns.
3. Product Knowledge & Consultation:
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product innovations.
  • Work with teams to recommend the best ingredients for client needs.
4. Sales Presentations & Proposals:
  • Conduct presentations and deliver customized proposals to clients.
5. Market & Competitive Intelligence:
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to spot new opportunities.
6. Collaboration & Networking:
  • Collaborate with the sales team and attend industry events to grow the business.
7. Reporting & Documentation:
  • Track sales activities and provide regular updates and forecasts to management.
8. Travel
  • Travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.

Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, or a related field (preferred).
· 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the ingredients, personal care, or cosmetics industry.
· Good understanding of personal care formulations, ingredients, and trends.
· Proven track record in sales, with the ability to build relationships and close deals.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (English)
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
