IIDA ELECTRONICS (THAILAND) CO., LTD.- Day to Day Analysis and solving IT problem.
- General support hardware (Desktop, Laptop, Printers,Network, Mobile, Mobile Devices) and software included MS Servers Linux, MS Office, Ms SQL, Data Base.
- Perform troubleshooting to prevent disruption in work operation (i.e., loing failure, application bugs, etc.)
- Prepare monthly reports, presentations and other reports repuested by the organization.
- Monitor and test fixes to ensure problems have been adequately resolved and fix problems as SLA, KPI require.
- Coordinate with the team to resolve problems so that users can get back to work as quickly as possible.
- Perform IT services monitoring activities and report incidents to manager if any.
- Prepare IT software licenses to ensure that the optimal number are acquired, retained and software intalled complied with license agreements.
- Male ,Age 25-35
- Bachelor's degree in IT field
- Experience as IT Support for 1-3 years.
- Can repair and check for signs of damage to computer equipment.
- Install computers, Lan systems and networks.
- Training Basic Network Installation and Troubleshooting /Cybersecurity Awareness Training.
- Able to work in shifts.
