General support hardware (Desktop, Laptop, Printers,Network, Mobile, Mobile Devices) and software included MS Servers Linux, MS Office, Ms SQL, Data Base.
Perform troubleshooting to prevent disruption in work operation (i.e., loing failure, application bugs, etc.)
Prepare monthly reports, presentations and other reports repuested by the organization.
Monitor and test fixes to ensure problems have been adequately resolved and fix problems as SLA, KPI require.
Coordinate with the team to resolve problems so that users can get back to work as quickly as possible.
Perform IT services monitoring activities and report incidents to manager if any.
Prepare IT software licenses to ensure that the optimal number are acquired, retained and software intalled complied with license agreements.

Bachelor's degree in IT field
Experience as IT Support for 1-3 years.
Can repair and check for signs of damage to computer equipment.
Install computers, Lan systems and networks.
Training Basic Network Installation and Troubleshooting /Cybersecurity Awareness Training.
