- Accountability for end user’s request/incident/problem as 1st level support and keep tracking with solution provided in ticketing tool.
- Maintain High DT Customer satisfaction level and Service level agreement for supporting domain.
- Monitor Availability, Integrity, Security, Confidentiality and Privacy of Infrastructure/end device.
- Involve in DT compliance/audit with business users and internal/external auditors for Infrastructure/end device.
- Be Supporter for implemented Infrastructure/end device and involve during Infrastructure/end device implementation phase.
- Be supporter in Infrastructure/end device continuity plan and connect with Business owners for testing as regular basis.
