Support Section Head on University and First Jobber segment strategy and business plans, with proper value proposition based on market and customer insights, and manage end-to-end process to deliver products and services per customers’ needs and ensure good customer experience, to deliver customer base growth and Bank’s profit
- Support Section Head on preparation of product concepts based on understanding of segment needs, for Product teams to plan development and manage related processes
- Work with Marketing team to design segment privilege, campaign, and event
- Work with Marketing Communication team on communication material and media strategy
- Work with Digital team on content of website and other online channels
- Coordinate with Channel teams to design channel infrastructure and define customer management guidelines per segment preference
- Monitor and evaluate segment performance, seek customer feedback to review their experience, and adjust segment approach to suit the changing market conditions and customer expectation
- Master degree in Management or Marketing
- 7-10 years, with 2-3 years of experience in Banking business
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Management or Marketing
- Knowledge in Banking products / process and regulations and Customer management background
- Skills in Project management
- Proactive and Self-motivated
- Responsible and strong Integrity
