• Project administration and document controlling throughout business development, project development, and execution of projects in both domestic and overseas.
• Effectively communicate necessary information to keep all parties informed of progress, achievement of targets, and resolve the issue.
• Coordinates and schedules meeting and communication plan(s) regarding projects among team and/or business partner.
• Preparing correspondence, minutes of meeting, internal support materials and presentation to support projects.
• Working closely with Business Development team to plan and coordinate activities with all concerned parties to ensure an accomplished and smooth-running of activities under the defined scope of work and specified timeframe.
