
- Degree with at least 1-year experience in events planning, partnerships curation
and social media marketing. OR Diploma with at least 2-3 years in events
planning, partnerships curation and social media marketing.
- Supervisory experience/small team management will be good but not a must.
- Marketing and/or events experience preferred
- Highly creative and able to formulate a unique vision for our communities and
residents
- Keen attention to detail along with strong organisational and project
management skills.
- Familiar with social media marketing, SEO, SEM
- Photo and video editing skills a plus
- Results driven with an ability to execute independently
- Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills, preferably in both -
English and a local language
- Exceptional organisation skills and multi-tasking skills
- Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit. At property, each employee will be
