Assistant Sales Manager

• Malaysian nationality, Gender Male or Female

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Mechanical/Chemical Engineering, or related field.

• 5–8 years of sales experience in lubricants, greases, or related B2B industries, preferably in aftermarket or industrial sectors would be an advantage.

• Proven experience in managing distributors or sales agents.

• Strong knowledge of the Malaysian lubricants market, including aftermarket and industrial sales channels.

• Excellent interpersonal, self-driven, and has a positive attitude towards learning and development.

• Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Fluent in English and Chinese. Malay language is a strong advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Ability to work independently, travel frequently within Malaysia, and occasionally to Bangkok, Thailand.
