Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day technical and functional support for business applications and manage the IT ticketing system.
Troubleshoot, resolve incidents, and perform root cause analysis to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.
Coordinate with vendors and internal technical teams for system maintenance, upgrades, and complex problem resolution.
Manage Application Change Requests (CR), conduct testing, and maintain system documentation.
Monitor application performance to comply with service level agreements (SLA) and ensure IT governance adherence.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency in support operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience 0-2 Years in application support, system analysis, or IT service management.
Strong knowledge of IT ticketing systems and incident resolution processes.
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with SDLC, system testing, and a strong service-oriented mindset.
