1. ดูแลงานเอกสารและธุรการทั้งหมดของสถานี รวมถึงการจัดเก็บและจัดทำรายงานให้ถูกต้องและทันเวลา
2. ประสานงานภายใน-ภายนอก ดูแลการเบิกจ่ายค่าใช้จ่าย และจัดทำตารางเวรบุคลากร
3. ตรวจสอบและบันทึกสต็อกพัสดุ/ครุภัณฑ์ พร้อมสนับสนุนงานด้านความปลอดภัยและการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนด
4.ใช้งานโปรแกรม MS Office และระบบงานที่เกี่ยวข้องได้ดี มีทักษะสื่อสารและการจัดการงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
5.สามารถทำงานเป็นกะตามเวลาสถานี มีความละเอียด รอบคอบ และพร้อมเรียนรู้ระบบงานเพิ่มเติม

- การศึกษา: ปวส. หรือปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ, การจัดการ, บัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์งานธุรการหรือประสานงานอย่างน้อย 1–3 ปี (โลจิสติกส์/สถานีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง, ทำงานร่วมกับทีมได้ดี, สื่อสารชัดเจน, มี Service Mindset
- ใช้ MS Office ได้คล่อง, มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ, จัดการเอกสารและข้อมูลอย่างเป็นระบบ
