Responsibilities

About Our Group:

The Industrial engineer is working to support manufacturing in a portion of capacity, capital, equipment and layout planning then executing per plan (The resources are Space, Equipment and HPU (Hour Per Unit).

About the Role – You will:

● Apply data analytic platform and simulation using Python, Flexsim or Arena for analyzing data in the database system

● Design and Optimize capacity modeling using python

● Design a good production layout by considering good process flow, minimizing distance and maximize space capacity

● Understand process flow and calculate HPU (Hour Per Unit) requirement by considering product mix, process requirement and roadmap

● Analysis of impact, the concern of new equipment and technology per roadmap

● Apply Lean concept and IE (Industrial Engineering) tools to improve the efficiency & effectiveness of Man, Material, Machine and Space utilization

● Build up and design a system for automated data workflow to align with Factory 4.0

Requirements

About You:

● Good interpersonal, teamwork, communication, presentation skills and leadership

● Having a good attitude and taking ownership of job responsibility

● Able to prioritize multiple tasks, manage conflicting deadlines and work effectively in a dynamic environment

● Knowledge of Python, C++, Java is preferable

● Fluent in both spoken and written English communication (TOEIC min 600 is preferable)

Your experience includes:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in the Industrial Engineering discipline and/or relevant experience

• Experience in data analytic platforms and simulation using of Python, Flexsim, Arena or capable of querying and analyzing data in the database system

• Good knowledge of Hard Disk Drive Manufacturing

Location: Korat, Thailand
