5. Investigate incidents and accidents, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.
6. Develop and deliver impactful safety training programs for employees at all levels.
7. Track and analyse SHEQ performance metrics, reporting to senior management and proposing data-driven improvement initiatives.
8. Ensure the company operates in an environmentally responsible manner, minimizing waste and implementing sustainable practices.
9. Stay up-to-date on evolving regulations and best practices in SHEQ and compliance.
10. Collaborate effectively with all departments to ensure SHEQ principles are integrated into all aspects of operations.
11. Continuously improve the effectiveness of the company's SHEQ compliance programs.
