Step Solutions Co.,Ltd Found in 2007, is a well recognized system integrator who provides an industrial HMI solutions, public kiosk solutions and digital signage solutions mainly in Thailand market. Our systems and solutions are distributed to over 200 clients in various markets including hotel, hospital, education, government, corporate, factory, public transportation, retail and etc.

Responsibilities

1. ให้บริการลูกค้าการออกแบบระบบงาน การวางแผนงานต่างๆ ร่วมกับทางฝ่ายขายและลูกค้า

2. ให้คำแนะนำการทำงานของอุปกรณ์และระบบด้วยความรู้และความเชี่ยวชาญ เพื่อให้การทำงานมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด

3. วางแผนการดำเนินงาน (Project Plan) รวมถึงการดูแลทรัพยากร (Resource) ด้านต่างๆ ที่ใช้ในการทำงาน

4. ทำการติดตั้ง ทดสอบและฝึกอบรมการใช้งานระบบให้กับลูกค้า

5. ให้คำปรึกษาต่างๆ กับลูกค้า รวมถึงช่วยเหลือด้านการซ่อมบำรุงและปรับปรุงระบบต่างให้มีประสิทธิภาพ.

1. Provide customer service, system design, work planning, in collaboration with the sales department and customers.

2. Provide advice on the operation of equipment and systems with knowledge and expertise

3. Planning operations including taking care of resources in various fields used in work.

4. Install, test and training the system operation for customers.

5. Provide advice to customers including help in maintenance and improvement of the systems to be more efficient.

Requirements

• อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี

• จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีวิศวกรรมศาสตร์สาขา Computer, IT, Electronics, Electrical หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• มีความรู้และประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับการ ติดตั้งและดูแลระบบเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ (Computer Network) รวมถึงความรู้ด้านการออกแบบงานระบบไฟฟ้าเพื่อใช้ในบริษัทหรือโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม

• มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านคอมพิวเตอร์อย่างดี โดยเฉพาะซอฟท์แวร์ด้านการระบบปฏิบัติการต่าง

• มีความรู้และประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับ Programming, Visual Basic, C++ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

• มีความรู้และประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับ การออกแบบใช้งานระบบอัตโนมัติในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม (factory automation) หรือระบบเครื่องจักรอัตโนมัติ (machine automation) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ .

• สามารถประกอบและซ่อมคอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าได้

• สามารถ พูด เขียน อ่าน ภาษาอังกฤษได้

• สามารถเดินทางไปต่างจังหวัดได้

• ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่

• Age not over 30 years

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Computer, IT, Electronics, Electrical or related fields.

• Have knowledge and experience about Install and maintain a computer network (Computer Network), including knowledge in electrical system design for use in companies or industrial factories.

• Good knowledge of computer principles, especially operating system software

• Good knowledge and experience in Programming, Visual Basic, C ++ would be an advantage.

• Good knowledge and experience about designing for use in industrial automation (factory automation) or machine automation would be an advantage.

• Good computer skill assemble and repair computers and electrical equipment

• Good command of English

• Readiness to travel upcountry
